Pursuant to the detailed principle II.Z.10 included in the second part of the “2016 Best Practices for GPW Listed Companies 2016”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board conveys 2016 activities’ report of Comarch S.A.’s Supervisory Board and an assessment of the company’s standing including an assessment of the internal control , risk management and compliance systems and the internal audit function; an  assessment  of  the  company’s  compliance with the  disclosure obligations  concerning  compliance with the corporate  governance principles and an assessment of the rationality of the company’s policy in reference to sponsorship and charity.
