Pursuant to the rule number 3) included in the third part, pt 1 of the “Corporate Governance Principles”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board reports that on the 11th of May, 2012 Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. passed the resolution no. 8/5/2012 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on the 25th of June, 2012, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on the 22nd of May, 2012 in current report no. 8/2012.
