28.06.2022 Resolution of the AGM regarding dividend

On the 28th of June, 2022, General Meeting approved the resolution no. 9 regarding the distribution of net profit for the fiscal year 1.01.2021- 31.12.2021. The General Shareholder’s Meeting decided that the earned in the fiscal year 1 January 2021-31 December 2021 net profit in the amount of PLN 78,048,106.62 will be distributed in such a way that part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 32,533,396 will be paid as dividend. The remaining part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 45,514,710.62 will be transferred to supplementary capital.

Value of dividend: PLN 4.00 per one share

Dividend will be allocated to the following number of shares: 8,133,349
