Comarch’s Diagnostic Point Oculus App Privacy Policy Present application (App) simulating the Diagnostic Point was designed and made by Comarch Healthcare S.A. (Comarch). Our Company has registered office in Krakow, Poland, at Aleja Jana Pawła II 39A, and entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście, in Krakow, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register with number: 0000303079.

App is purely local, which means that Comarch does not collect or gather any information about App users and has no such technical capabilities. To use our App, you do not need to log in, create an account in the App or provide Comarch with any information. Our Company does not collect any personal data of the App users via the App or in connection with the use of it.

We do not use cookies or technological tools to analyze the activity of our App users, increase user satisfaction or tailor advertisements to their interests.

As a rule, our Company takes the utmost care to protect processed personal data. Both the security of personal data and confidentiality are priorities for Comarch's activities.
