ING Business, was recognized as the world's best online banking system for corporates in the contest run by the Global Finance magazine.
The system is founded upon Comarch Corporate Banking – a set of banking products and services available for corporates via one, multi-channel platform covering a number of back-end systems. They allow for managing users and companies, defining access rights and approval workflows with transaction limits, handling user requests, and more. ING Business runs in Poland and Romania, handling 60 million transfers per year, over 95% of credit applications and 90% of card or new account orders. In Poland, the system is used by over 65 thousand entities.
The awards granted by Global Finance, a New York-based magazine issued since 1987, are a recognition of digital customer service, new technology development, and success in attracting customers to use digital channels.
