Credit system adjusted to the Bank’s needs

Comarch Credit Process Management is an IT system that comprehensively supports lending processes in financial institutions. It consists of a range of modules, which are responsible for specific functionalities related to the lending process both at the stage of sales as well as later (post-sales services preparation of annexes, monitoring). As a result, the Bank obtains only those modules, which are essential for it to carry out certain tasks.

The module construction of the system also enables implementation in stages - the functionalities that are used at first are the ones that enable reaching the crucial goals in a relatively short time (e.g. fast sales of credit products to  retail customers). Such a solution enables continuous development of the system by adding new modules to it. Open architecture of the CCPM system enables quick and easy integration with other Comarch solutions, or the solutions of the customer (e.g. CRM, internet banking, call center).
