Anna Pruska - Doctor of Humanities in the field of International Relations, she completed her Master's degree in Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, and her PhD at the Jagiellonian University.
She completed her postgraduate studies at the Institute of International Studies in Geneva. In 2004, she started working at Comarch in Brussels. As the company's CEO, she was in charge of establishing Comarch's structures in Western Europe, opening company branches in Belgium, Germany and France, and developing product sales in the Telecommunications and ERP sectors.
Anna Pruska was responsible for creating corporate procedures in line that corresponded to local legal and customary relations and for managing these branches. Her tasks also included building awareness of the Comarch brand in Western Europe, lobbying and business development, and acquiring new customers in the Telecommunications, ERP, Finance and Insurance sectors.
Since 2013, she has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Comarch Swiss AG. Since 2013, she has served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch SA.
On October 2, 2023, she was temporarily delegated by the Supervisory Board to act as President of the Management Board of Comarch SA.
Anna Pruska does not run a competitive activity in relation to Comarch SA's operations. She does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does she participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body. She is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
