June 2022, Poland – Comarch has been listed in the 2022 Gartner® report for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions.

Comarch is mentioned in the report among eight competitive profiles of CM&X vendors in the BSS customer management and experience market. According to the report, “vendors were included in the document based on their prominence, focus and customer base to showcase the different competition trends.” The report states “many BSS CM&X solution providers are enhancing BSS capabilities that support CSP growth areas such as digital consumer segments, B2B and vertical markets with ecosystem and partnership capabilities support.”
